INTERVAL HYPOXIC TRAINING

Interval Hypoxic Training is a method of adaptation medicine which is used for prevention, rehabilitation and treatment of different diseases.

Interval Hypoxic Training is used for thew treatment of bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, coronary heart disease, arterial hypertension, neurocirculatory asthenia, neurodermitis, allergic dermatitis, diabetis mellitus II type, disfunctional uterine bleeding, anemia, climacteric syndrome, gestoses, etc.

The method is effective in preparation for planned surgeries and anesthesia, in postoperative rehabilitation, during rehabilitation after cardiovascular diseases, to increase physical and mental working capacity, in preparation for long flights, mountain climbing, diving, for training and conditioning of athletes.

The counter-indications are: all acute somatic and infectious diseases, chronic conditions in decompensation stage.
